Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and the text messaging program operated by The Bath Shop, LLC ("The Bath Shop," "we," "us," or "our"). Our services

The Bath Shop, LLC is a licensed general contractor (NC Contractor License 75906) that provides bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, and related interior remodeling services to customers in Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Wake Forest, Morrisville, and surrounding areas of North Carolina. The scope, price, and schedule of any project are set out in a separate written agreement between you and The Bath Shop, LLC.

Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. Information you submit through our contact form must be accurate and must belong to you.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photos, and graphics, belongs to The Bath Shop, LLC or its content suppliers and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

SMS/Text messaging terms

The following terms apply to our SMS/text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from The Bath Shop, LLC, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

When you check one or both of the optional text message consent boxes on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from The Bath Shop, LLC at the phone number you provided. Non-marketing messages include confirmations that we received your request, design consultation and appointment reminders, project scheduling and service updates, and booking confirmations. Marketing messages, sent only if you checked the marketing consent box, include occasional offers and remodeling updates. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. How to opt out

Text STOP to (919) 906-2930 to unsubscribe, or reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not affect phone or email contact about a project you have with us.

4. Carrier disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. The rates charged for text messages are set by your mobile carrier under your own plan. The Bath Shop, LLC does not charge a fee for its text messages. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan.

6. Privacy policy

Information we collect through text messaging is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limitation of liability
